Location and beds

I stayed in a recently renovated King Bed Suite in the North Tower of the hotel. It was a lovely comfortable room with a separate sitting room and a good work desk. Plenty of drawer space for clothing and hangers in the wardrobe to accommodate an eight day stay. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy. A big shout out to the team in the Mosaic restaurant: the chefs were very engaged and provided a great range of breakfast options and dinners in the evening, including a new Spring menu, which offered a range of seasonal meals in addition to the standard menu. The serving staff were always friendly and helpful and made the time to check in with you and make sure you were O.K. - which for a single traveler was a real bonus.

We got upgraded and the room was amazing. I little rundown but still a fun experience. Staff were beyond excellent and room service was top notch. Food excellent. Great wine selections.

Airport overnight stay - close by with shuttle service

Clean and close to the airport

Very comfortable bed and extremely clean.

The bathroom plumbing needs work. Taps for shower were stiff unable to ease in turn. Plug for sink stuck. Had to have a service i repair staff.

It was a beautiful hotel and everyone was friendly and easy to deal with.

We didn't eat breakfast but we were greeted warmly and everyone was super helpful - we were only there to catch the plane because weather had been bad and wanted to have a stress free morning - that is what we had. People had warned us about the parking but I found a spot and followed the directions provided by staff and didn't have an issue .I was glad that once I found my Hilton's Honors account info they gave us water. It would have been great to be told that during the booking process or when I called trying to reserve a week of parking....but not an "issue"

The room was lovely. The gym and pool were very good! Lots of quality equipment and the pool was quite large. Breakfast was very good!

We upgraded to a suite

Everything was great. Especially Adam at the Check In desk.

room was nice and comfy loved the lobby vibe lounge the snacks and beer available to purchase was a great surprise the hotel shuttle service was fantastic as well

Room was clean and tidy. Property is well situated for access to the airport and the both breakfast and dinner the evening before was excellent.
